Ultra Pure & Extremly Low Outgassing Translucent Viton / FKM

Here we introduce a new product of our Femrex Plus family: E-1270T. Femrex Plus E-1270T is a color less, ultra-pure FKM seals which is specifically designed for semiconductor manufacturing. Previously, Perfluoroelastomer is the only choice if ultra-purity with low molecule releasing is concerned. To solve the pricy issue from FFKM, we replace regular fillers by nano-particles, these nano-particles can form a much stronger binding force with polymers and reduce molecule releasing problem severely.  Nano-particles also enhance E-1270T to better against friction.
Although we can produce translucent FKM, but translucent is not the only index for ultra-purity FKM. We also offer ultra-purity FKM in different colors with different tensile and compression set. Our E-1270T series offer hardness shore A from 73-79, and fulfilled its balanced between ultra-purity and physical properties. Together with our efforts, all sealing parts or gaskets are made by E-1270T achieve its goal in several applications, such as:
