Perfluorinated liquids (PFPE) is chemical inertness, clear, colorless, no bio-hazrd and thermally stable perfluoropolyether liquid. Working temperature of PFPE liquids is between -60°C to 165°C, and it is also resistant to most of chemical solvent which makes it to be an ideal interface for heat transfer fluids. Properties of perfluorinated liquids permit its use as a direct contact single and two-phase coolant in certain semiconductor manufacturing industry and other sensitive electronics; the inert property also makes it perfectly to do electronic cleaning. Also, several testing applications during electronic or semiconductors manufacturing are also applied, such as gross leaking test or heat shock cooling ion implanters, dry etchers and CVD machines. Putting together, PFPE liquids is broadly use in thermal exchange system and other testing equipment, such as Reactive Ion Etching System, and ion implanter.
